The Social Intelligence Lab would like to introduce you to the Social Media Intelligence Unit at Publicis Group. They developed and managed the study outlined in this report. The project was led by Martin Miliev, Head of Social Media Intelligence.
Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, the unit has over ten years of experience in Social Listening and Nearshoring. As a designated center of excellence, the unit services various agencies from all four Publicis Groupe solution hubs around the world. Their research has been integrated into projects for some of the world's largest brands, including Ferrero, P&G, Renault, Philip Morris International, and Sanofi.
The Social Media Intelligence Unit specializes in multi-market and multi-language monitoring. Their research relies heavily on a combination of AI and human analysis of data and content. They have access to and knowledge of a number of social listening and analysis tools. The team currently has licenses for Crimson Hexagon (now integrated into Brandwatch Consumer Research), NetBase and Talkwalker. They have previously used Sysomos (now integrated into Meltwater Social Solutions).
